On October 6, the Vision show in Stuttgart, Germany grandly opened. Brigates made its debut in Europe with a range of self-developed new imaging products, showcasing a complete set of imaging solutions for deep ultraviolet precision inspection and X-ray non-destructive testing built on the core ECCD‑TDI technology platform. Domestic high-end imaging technology took the stage internationally, and the booth attracted numerous overseas customers to stop for exchanges.

At this exhibition, Brigates presented core products including LCG and LCP-HS series deep ultraviolet ECCD-TDI cameras, iEX series X-ray TDI line-scan detectors and supX1512S X-ray CMOS flat-panel detectors. Targeting high-end overseas application scenarios such as semiconductor front-end inspection, power battery non-destructive flaw detection, industrial inspection and medical imaging, the products demonstrate the robust performance of domestic imaging equipment.

Among them, the LCG series deep ultraviolet ECCD-TDI cameras feature an ultra-high line rate of 4MHz, with a quantum efficiency of up to 70% at 266nm ultraviolet wavelength. They combine low noise and deep ultraviolet radiation resistance. Radiation-hardened models for 193nm deep ultraviolet will be available later to meet the stringent inspection conditions of advanced semiconductors. The LCP-HS series adopts a fine 5μm pixel, offering 8K/16K ultra-high resolution versions with optional 200G/400G high-speed CoF interfaces to realize high-speed and low-noise imaging for precise capture of micron-scale tiny defects. The iEX series X-ray TDI line-scan detectors deliver a maximum line rate of 40kHz, effectively solving the problem of image blurring in high-speed production lines. The supX1512S X-ray CMOS flat-panel detector features high DQE, high MTF and excellent radiation resistance, supporting non-destructive testing requirements across multiple industries.

At the exhibition site, overseas equipment manufacturers, machine vision system integrators and industrial chain customers visited the booth one after another. Combined with the actual working conditions of overseas production lines, the Brigates team explained product performance parameters and actual imaging cases on site, and provided customized imaging solutions to meet customers' differentiated inspection needs. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on product integration, project implementation and regional cooperation, receiving positive feedback and cooperation intentions from many overseas customers.

Moving forward, Brigates will continue to delve into core optoelectronic imaging technologies and continuously iterate the ECCD‑TDI technology platform. The company will deliver highly reliable domestic imaging solutions for the global market, further expand the European and overseas industrial vision and precision inspection markets, and contribute to the upgrading of high-end manufacturing industries worldwide.
