On September 9, the 27th China International Optoelectronics Expo was grandly held in Shenzhen. BRIGATES has released two series of new iteratively upgraded deep ultraviolet ECCD-TDI industrial cameras, oriented to the field of semiconductor front-end optical inspection, focusing on displaying the latest scientific research results of the self-developed ECCD-TDI imaging technology platform, bringing localized high-end ultraviolet imaging camera solutions, which attracted the attention of the audience.

The new camera launched this time relies on the iterative upgrade of BRIGATES' self-developed ECCD-TDI imaging technology platform, and has achieved leap-forward breakthroughs in many core performances. Among them, the 4MHz ultra-high line frequency deep ultraviolet ECCD-TDI camera has a maximum line frequency of 4MHz and an ultraviolet quantum efficiency of up to 70%. It has the advantages of ultra-low noise and ultra-high dynamic range. This series of cameras will subsequently launch a 193nm deep ultraviolet radiation-hardened model, which can perfectly adapt to harsh photolithography inspection conditions.
Another series of 2MHz high-speed deep ultraviolet ECCD-TDI cameras are equipped with 8K ultra-high-resolution imaging specifications and 400G/200G high-speed transmission interfaces. They combine ultra-high imaging accuracy with efficient data throughput and fully meet the extreme working conditions of high-end semiconductor precision inspection.

At the same time, taking advantage of the exchange opportunity of the Shenzhen Photonics Expo, a benchmark event in the global optoelectronic field, the company's senior director Ren Zhangqiang was invited to attend the Optical Semiconductor Inspection Technology Forum and delivered a keynote speech. He conducted in-depth sharing on the iteration of deep ultraviolet ECCD-TDI imaging technology, the application of localized inspection devices and the technical barriers to the semiconductor precision inspection industry. He also forward-lookingly pointed out that the independent controllability of high-end ultraviolet imaging technology will become the core breakthrough for the localization and upgrading of semiconductor front-end inspection equipment. The unique industry insights and hard-core technology interpretation triggered a warm response at the scene.

On the day of the exhibition, it attracted many equipment manufacturers and industry chain partners to stop and communicate. The team accurately output customized imaging solutions based on the differentiated testing needs of each manufacturer's production line.
