3MHZ ultra-high speed deep UV TDI line scan camera
The LCG series of ultra-high-speed deep ultraviolet TDI line scan cameras adopt TDI ECCD sensors with high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, and low power consumption. This camera has a resolution of 4096 columns, a series of 1024 lines, a pixel size of 15um, and an ultra-high line rate of 3MHz. It has a wide range of applications and can be used in semiconductor wafer inspection, gene sequencing, digital pathology and other fields, providing reliable imaging support for various scenarios.

High-speed charge domain X-ray TDI online imaging phase
The iEX series is suitable for high-speed operation and high-sensitivity online imaging X-ray TDI cameras, with a maximum detection line frequency of 40KHz, a pixel size of 96um, and an integration level of 100. The signal-to-noise ratio of traditional line array sensor cameras and digital TDI cameras cannot meet the scene requirements under high-speed and high-resolution imaging. However, the iEX series TDI cameras based on ECCD technology greatly improve the image brightness, while the readout noise is only 30e, thus significantly reducing the background noise. Suitable for high-speed moving object detection on assembly lines.

3MHZ ultra-high speed deep UV TDI camera
Ziwei series ultra-high-speed deep ultraviolet TDI cameras adopt TDI ECCD technology and are specially designed for ultra-high-speed ultraviolet imaging under low light. It has 2~4K resolution, line rate up to 3.0Mhz, equipped with COF 100G optical fiber transmission interface, and data throughput up to 100Gbps. In addition, the camera also has 69dB dynamic range, 94% peak quantum efficiency, supports UV to infrared wide spectral response, has 256, 1024, 1024+256 levels of TDI and on-chip 2x pixel binning function for excellent performance. LDP1512E is a CMOS dynamic flat panel detector with a maximum imaging area of 14.7cmx11.5cm. The pixel size is 96umx96um. The LDP1512E detector has extremely low electronic noise and provides high-quality visible light images. Gigabit Ethernet interface can reduce system costs and facilitate system integration.
4. High-speed 10G optical line array camera
LCB series
The LCB series of high-speed 10G optical line array cameras feature high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, and low power consumption, and can provide high-quality images.
The LCB series of high-speed 10G optical port line array cameras have a line frequency speed of up to 120kHz, and are available in two categories: standard type and near-infrared enhanced type. This product comes with a spot alignment function, a universal 10G optical fiber interface, a compact and durable structure, and is easy to use and reliable.
5. [Ruidi] series

The iDTX series is a high-performance CMOS TDI linear array detector with the characteristics of high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, and wide dynamic range. Universal Gigabit Ethernet interface enables high-speed real-time image transmission. The unique pixel design makes it extremely resistant to radiation. A variety of models with different specifications and lengths are provided, with up to 64 points, which can meet various detection application scenarios.
6. Endoscope CMOS image sensor
Endoscope CMOS image sensor
The maximum resolution of ES101 is 1000H × 1000V. It adopts high-performance 1.4um BSI pixel design. The innovative architecture supports high frame rate readout. The sensor supports fullframe mode, skip mode, binning mode, window mode and other output formats. It is compatible with LVDS/MIPI+10bit/8bit image output mode to meet more solution needs.
