3MHZ ultra-high speed deep UV TDI line scan camera

The LCG series of ultra-high-speed deep ultraviolet TDI line scan cameras adopt TDI ECCD sensors with high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, and low power consumption. This camera has a resolution of 4096 columns, a series of 1024 lines, a pixel size of 15um, and an ultra-high line rate of 3MHz. It has a wide range of applications and can be used in semiconductor wafer inspection, gene sequencing, digital pathology and other fields, providing reliable imaging support for various scenarios.

High-speed charge domain X-ray TDI online imaging camera

The iEX series is suitable for high-speed operation and high-sensitivity online imaging X-ray TDI cameras. The maximum detection line frequency is 40KHz. The pixel size is divided into two specifications: 48um and 96um. The integration levels are 100 and 200 respectively. The signal-to-noise ratio of traditional line array sensor cameras and digital TDI cameras cannot meet the scene requirements under high-speed and high-resolution imaging. However, the iEX series TDI cameras based on ECCD technology greatly improve the image brightness, while the readout noise is only 30e, thus significantly reducing the background noise.
