Scientific-grade single-photon deep-cooled camera
Taiyi single-photon scientific camera has excellent performance and low noise characteristics, with readout noise as low as 0.24e-rms and dark current of only 0.002e-/pixel/s at -30℃. It can realize photon number resolution and spatial photon number resolution. It adopts BSI-stack structure and has a peak quantum efficiency of 94%, significantly outperforming traditional cameras. This camera supports global exposure, a maximum frame rate of 167fps at full resolution, an effective resolution of 2568×2056, and is compatible with C-mount lenses. Its excellent performance makes it a reliable tool for high-precision imaging in a wide range of fields, including industrial inspection, biomedicine, astronomical observation, and quantum physics research.

The Ziwei series ultra-high-speed deep UV TDI camera uses TDI ECCD technology and is designed for ultra-high-speed UV imaging in low light conditions. It has a resolution of 2~4K, a line rate of up to 3.0Mhz, and is equipped with a COF 100G fiber transmission interface with a data throughput of 100Gbps. In addition, the camera also has 69dB dynamic range, 94% peak quantum efficiency, supports wide spectral response from ultraviolet to infrared, with 256, 1024, 1024+256 level TDI and on-chip 2x The pixel-binning function provides excellent performance.
