Small array sensor chips-RV400
The RV400 image sensor has a maximum resolution of 1000H ×1000V and is designed with high-performance infrared-enhanced 1.4um BSI pixels. By utilizing Binning technology, it can achieve high-quality, high-frame-rate images with a resolution of 500H x 500V, where the pixel sensitivity is equivalent to that of high-performance BSI pixels of 2.8um. The RV400 adopts an innovative architectural design that supports low-power, high-frame-rate image capture, capable of achieving high-speed imaging at 320fps with a resolution of 500 by 500 pixels. This ultra-high Frame rate can achieve an effect akin to global exposure and is compatible with LVDS/MIPI 10bit / 8bit image output modes, meeting a wider range of solution requirements.
