The iLX series is a high performance 4 stage TDI CMOS linear detector, which has a higher SNR and higher resolution than traditional single line photodiode detector. It is widely used in scientific research and industrial X-ray scanning detection. The image is transmitted through Gigabit Ethernet interface. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high frame rate, and high resolution. Through unique pixel design, it also has extremely high radiation resistance.
